At Pitshirts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
